Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Spectrum and QuickBooks preferred.
• Ability to read supplier invoices and code GL accounts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices and credit card bills.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Verify invoice accuracy and proper GL coding.
• Generate timely payments and maintain supporting documents.
• Maintain organized filing of financial records.
