Qualifications

Responsibilities
Process, manage, and maintain vendor invoices, purchase orders, and facility accounts for multiple shop locations.
Perform 3-way PO matching and code invoices to the appropriate accounts.
Manage weekly and bi-weekly check runs for multiple entities.
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate payment records.
Manage all company credit cards and related reconciliations.
