Job summary

Asphalt Specialists LLC is hiring a Construction Account Manager in Pontiac, MI (Ref CAM1012MK). The role requires 40 hours per week with up to 25% travel within Michigan. You will secure asphalt paving projects, manage execution, and coordinate with estimators and design teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

You will build client relationships, develop competitive bids, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability while ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in asphalt paving projects or related occupations.
• Experience with Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and HeavyJob required.
• 40hrs/week capacity.

Responsibilities

• Secure asphalt paving construction projects and manage their execution.
• Use strategic sales and project management to win and deliver projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Develop competitive bids, proposals, and presentations with estimators and sales teams.
• Negotiate contracts to align client expectations with profitability.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and manage risk and scope.
