Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Profile invoices in Document Locator.
• Review duplicate/declined/issues invoices in Document Locator.
• Review invoices that have not been approved.
• Maintain Preliminary Notices from subcontractors.
• Match POs to invoices and enter PO invoices manually.
• Work with vendors and purchasing on problems.
• Generate Auto Pay payments.
• Process manual and Auto Pay payments.
• Send notices to subcontractors to obtain lien releases.
• Match lien releases with payments.
• Check runs for assigned divisions.
