Job summary

The position includes secure management and archiving of CUI and providing critical financial oversight through UDO reviews and audits.

The role requires either 1 year of specialized experience at the GS-7 level or higher, or an advanced degree as listed in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level (ZA-I at NIST).
• Specialized experience coordinating operations related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, or reimbursable financial transactions.
• Abiding by compliance policies to prevent improper payments.

Responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of vendor invoices within the Accounts Payable group.
• Secure management and archiving of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Provide financial oversight through Annual Undelivered Order (UDO) reviews and audits.
