Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant responsible for verifying approvals, coding, and processing payments. You will manage vendor records, cash flow, and assist in financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software. The role entails maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and being detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting/finance or 3 years of experience.
• Accrual based accounting experience preferred.
• Must be organized, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Verify approval and coding of invoices.
• Prepare and process payments including checks and ACHs.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank transfers.
• Assist with accounting for SJIS-AR including managing P-cards.

Skills

Accrual based accounting experience

Computer proficiency with accounting software

Organization and detail-oriented

Education
