Job summary

Kaycha Labs, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Florida to manage vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities. You will code, enter, and reconcile A/P data, support month-end close, and assist with intercompany transactions in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or general business administration preferred.
• Sage X3 experience (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for multiple locations and entities.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts, departments, locations, and entities.
• Enter invoices and payment information accurately into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and other approved payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s and other required tax and payment documentation.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accounts payable reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Support audits with invoices and payment records.
