Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Tampa, FL client site. The role is onsite and contract-to-hire, offering $25 per hour with schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will index and enter high volumes of invoices, verify discrepancies, and support full-cycle AP including coding, approvals, and payment processing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years AP experience and Sage Intacct familiarity; benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k); on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proven ability to index invoices and process high volumes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies.
• Full-cycle AP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Index and enter high volumes of invoices into Sage Intacct accurately.
• Verify invoices for discrepancies and resolve issues before processing.
• Process invoices efficiently while maintaining a low error rate.
• Support full-cycle AP, including coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Partner with the team on vendor inquiries and month-end support.
