Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Scappoose, OR
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift
Pay:$20 - $22/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
Columbia NW Heating is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining financial accuracy and vendor relationships. You’ll work closely with our accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, and office management teams to ensure seamless operations across our accounting functions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable

Proficiency in QuickBooks (required); familiarity with Service Titan and Stampli (preferred)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet building and ad hoc reporting

General ledger and finance operations knowledge

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Effective communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
