Job summary

Role Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time role based in Woods Cross, UT. This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying approvals, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts payable records, coding expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts, and preparing journal entries related to payables. The specialist will review and process employee expense reports, respond to vendor and internal inquiries, and support month-end close activities. The role also involves maintaining organized documentation, assisting with audits, and collaborating with finance and accounting team members to improve processes and controls.
