SGS Technologies in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Fee Based Associate- Reconciliations. Under general supervision, you will reconcile account activity across sources and ensure accurate data entry.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or reconciliation, basic accounting concepts, and strong Excel skills; experience in financial services is a plus. The role offers hybrid in-office 2-3 days per week and laptop provided.

Formación

• High School Degree or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience.
• Past accounting or reconciliation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry.
• Able to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile account activity between multiple sources under supervision.
• Review daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records/notes of client requests and actions.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Review data sets to identify discrepancies and determine corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Fee Based Associate- Reconciliations

Contract - W2

Hybrid - St. Petersburg, FL

"The APL Recon role does not utilize the phones so customer service skills related to high call volume is not as applicable to this role as it may be for other roles where they are on the phone. The APL Recon role is report based and numbers driven so the ideal candidate would be analytical and have some experience with reviewing/processing reporting related to reconciliation."

Asset Management Services (a division of Raymond James & Associates) offers comprehensive asset management services and products for Raymond James financial advisors.

• Hybrid Opportunity- In office 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be located local to Memphis, TN or St. Petersburg, FL.
• Opportunity for extension or conversion.
• Laptop will be provided
• Under general supervision, use skills obtained through experience and training to reconcile account activity between multiple sources.
• Reviews standard issues, analyzes and interprets data and determines appropriate corrective action.
• Supports and complies with established policies and procedures.
• Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic customer operations and the financial industry.
• Basic accounting concepts and principles.
• Able to calculate basic equations and enter financial data accurately.
• Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
• Numerical aptitude and critical thinking sufficient to solve operational problems.
• Adhere to a schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Work, Outlook, Excel)
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus

High School Degree or equivalent with at least two (2) years of customer service experience. Past accounting or reconciliation experience preferred.
