• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a ticketing system is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees and vendors, supporting Accounts Payable operations by responding to inquiries, researching issues, and ensuring timely resolution of requests.

Responsibilities

• High-volume workload with a goal of resolving 100+ tickets per week
• Hybrid schedule with approximately three days per week in the office
