Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a hybrid role, with training on-site and potential remote work thereafter.

You will manage high-volume PO and non-PO invoices, perform 3-way matching, and support vendor inquiries while ensuring accurate payments and month-end close. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a high-volume or shared services environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payments, and 3-way matching.
• SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate high-volume PO and non-PO invoices.
• Perform 3-way matching, coding, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Review invoices for approvals, tax treatment, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment proposals and execute scheduled supplier payment runs.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Review AP aging reports and reconcile vendor statements.
• Create and maintain vendor master data in SAP.
• Verify vendor banking, tax, legal, and payment information.
• Identify and elevate duplicate or potentially fraudulent vendor records.
• Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives.

• Join a collaborative North America Finance Shared Services team
• Manage the full accounts payable process
• Work with SAP / SAP S/4HANA
• Handle high-volume PO and non-PO invoice processing
• Support vendor management, payment processing, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve AP issues
