The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Training and onboarding support are provided in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience working within ERP systems is required.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, reconciliations and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately through the full AP cycle.
• Perform invoice matching, coding, data entry, approvals and payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice discrepancies.
• Support the transition to a new purchasing and invoicing system.
• Maintain organized AP records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist with month-end activities and special projects within Accounting.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
