Job Summary


Manages payments and controls expenses by processing and approving invoices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• 
  Processes and approves invoices, reconciling entries with system reports.
• 
  Manages vendor payments (online/manual), schedules, and resolves discrepancies.
• 
  Handles employee petty cash and initiates stop payments electronically.
• 
  Scans check deposits into the accounting system and verifies vendor accounts.
• 
  Collaborates with Corporate Accounting and leadership on special projects.
