AEG WORLDWIDE in New York, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to focus on invoice processing and payment duties. The role involves ensuring accurate coding, coordinating with vendors, and supporting month-end close tasks as needed.

US-based, on-site position with benefits and room for growth in a dynamic entertainment environment. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of related AP experience and familiarity with JD Edwards and ImageNow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2–4 years of related accounting or AP experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards and ImageNow is preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and ticketing systems is preferred.
• Music industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and related expenditures for accuracy and proper coding.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain missing invoices and required changes.
• Review expense reports and ensure receipts and support are complete.
• Assist with wire payments, road checks, and withholding tax forms as needed.
• Assist with vendor form updates and changes as required.
• Support the Accounting Manager with ad hoc accounts payable tasks.
