A financial staffing agency is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Morgan Hill, California. This full-time direct hire position offers an annual salary of $75k-$85k, with the possibility of a 10% bonus. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and over 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing. Responsibilities include processing high volumes of invoices and supporting month-end close activities. This role requires onsite presence.

Looking for a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist, AP Lead, or AP Supervisor experience ok. This role will be a full time direct hire position.

75k-85k annual salary plus eligible for 10% bonus.

Candidate should have experience and education:

• Must have worked in a manufacturing setting
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Process high-volume of 2-way, 3-way match and non-PO vendor invoices, volume of 500 invoices/week
• Support month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Process employee expense reports
