The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important role in supporting the College’s financial operations by managing accounts payable and purchase card (PCard) processes. This position reviews and processes invoices and payments, maintains supporting documentation, assists employees and vendors with financial questions, and supports the College’s PCard program.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, accurate, and service-oriented and who can help keep the College’s accounts payable processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with financial information, managing detailed processes and deadlines, and assisting others with questions along the way.
The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position’s requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
