ManpowerGroup is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the AP team in Mission Viejo, CA. This onsite role focuses on accurate invoice processing, data entry, and responsive partner support.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a finance-related customer service role, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Opportunity for growth and potential full-time conversion is available.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for AP inquiries and resolve routine and complex questions from internal and external partners.
• Process electronic invoices through a standard AP workflow with accurate data entry.
• Use advanced Excel to calculate subtotals, allocations, and use Pivot Tables / lookup functions.
• Utilize SAP FI and Concur modules to support AP processing and customer service.
• Maintain data integrity and AP records with adherence to policies and timelines.

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Finance organization supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy, the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external partners, and the drive to learn and improve processes—skills that will help you deliver reliable AP processing and responsive customer support.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the first point of contact for Accounts Payable inquiries and help resolve routine and complex questions from internal and external business partners.
• Process electronic invoices through a standard AP workflow, including accurate data entry and independent handling of AP processing with minimal supervision.
• Use advanced Excel skills to calculate subtotals and totals, allocate invoice amounts using provided or calculated allocation percentages, and apply functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and similar tools.
• Utilize Procure-to-Pay system modules (e.g., VIM, ERS, SNC, SAP FI, Concur) to support AP processing, training, troubleshooting, and high-quality customer support.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following policies and procedures, distributing checks according to department controls and time frames, and keeping accurate AP records/files.

What's Needed?

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the Finance organization.
• Experience handling electronic invoices and processing them through an AP workflow, including data entry.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel capability for calculations, allocations, and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business writing, grammar, and the ability to listen and respond professionally.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
