Responsibilities

• Process, review, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, purchase order, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements, account balances, and accounting transactions.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, credit memos, and supporting documentation.
• Verify and post transactions within accounting systems and ledgers.
• Monitor outstanding balances and apply credits, adjustments, and discounts as needed.
• Set up and maintain vendor accounts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Record and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve accounting processes.
