Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will handle vendor invoices, PO matching, and vendor records in QuickBooks, with weekly check runs and ACH transfers. Office-based, full-time position with stable hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• 1+ year of general AP experience.
• Stable work history – ideally at least 2 years in the same role, with minimal job hopping.
• Purchase order (PO) processing experience.
• Prior experience working full time in an office setting (not remote-only backgrounds).
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• Lives within approximately 30 minutes of the McKinney office.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders (PO knowledge required) and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up and maintain vendor records in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements monthly.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to AP.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing of AP documents.
• Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.

Position Summary

The AP Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice processing to payment reconciliation. This role requires a reliable, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative office environment and can manage a steady volume of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
