Mitschele's Landscape Maintenance Corp is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team in Phoenix, AZ. This role handles vendor invoices, reconciliations, and payments to keep our landscaping operations financially on track.

The ideal candidate has a detail-oriented approach, at least 2 years of AP experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Aspire, and Excel. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate's in accounting/finance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in accounting/finance is preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction/landscaping.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Aspire and Excel for accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving records; resolve discrepancies with vendors/internal teams.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers; maintain payment records.
