Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time role in Jessup, MD. The position involves processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring accurate payments in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Onsite work in Jessup; no remote option is available. Prior full-cycle AP experience and proficiency with Netsuite/Oracle/SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of purchase orders and invoice processing, including 3-way matching.
• At least 1 year of experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A well-established distributor serving the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team full-time in Jessup, MD.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
