Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an organized Accounts Payable specialist to maintain 1099 records, process check requests, and keep vendor documentation up to date.

You will reconcile statements, enter data into the AP system, respond to inquiries, and support special projects while upholding confidentiality and the hospital's policies.

Qualifikationen

• Confidential handling of payroll information.
• Adheres to policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate records and files.

• Review check requests for proper authorization and completion.
• Monitor and assign PO to proper GL period.
• Reconcile vendor statements with supporting documentation.
• Enter data into A/P system.
• Print checks and distribute with appropriate documentation.
• Maintain 1099 records and W-9 records.
• Address vendor and employee inquiries regarding checks.
• Assist with special projects as required.
