The role focuses on accurate receivables data, cash flow support, and a strong customer billing experience while enhancing AR processes and visibility into revenue.

The position involves generating invoices, applying payments, monitoring balances, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience.

Veridian Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support billing, collections, and cash application functions as part of a growing and evolving finance organization. This role is critical in maintaining accurate receivables data, supporting cash flow, and ensuring a strong customer billing experience. As Veridian continues to scale, this role will help strengthen AR processes and improve visibility into revenue and collections performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Apply incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $70,000.
