Job summary

Soni is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Massachusetts to manage billing, payment posting, collections, and reconciliations. You will partner with insurers, government agencies, and clients to ensure timely revenue collection and accurate ledgers.

The role requires 2+ years in AR or accounting, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of healthcare billing. Degree in accounting/finance preferred; nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit invoices to insurers, government agencies, and other payers.
• Monitor outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger and prepare aging reports.

Compensation: $28-33/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
