Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support the company's financial operations by managing full-cycle AP processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate, timely invoice payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently using NetSuite.
• Review, match, and code invoices to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute weekly payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist with month-end closing by providing AP reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized AP files for audits.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience (experience in distribution or supply chain is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
