Job description

This position is part of a team that provides general accounting/finance support to the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for activities related to creating, processing, and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable for all entities.
• Complete daily posting activities to the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of financial institution deposits.
• Assist with account research and audit schedules.
• Contribute to enhancing efficiencies of processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of banking concepts.
• Strong analytical, verbal, mathematical, and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and database report queries.
• Proficiency with PDF tools.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Two (2) years of accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Employees of PCBB must provide themselves with a designated workspace free from noise and distractions when working remotely. The employee routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and virtual tools such as web cameras and video conferencing software.
