Position: Remote Accounts Payable Professional

Responsibilities:

• Manage email traffic and verify invoices for accuracy; match to purchase orders; route for review and approval; enter into system
• Monitor aging reports; prepare and process payments via checks, electronic transfers, and credit cards
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Handle vendor inquiries and relationships; ensure timely payments
• Process expense reports and verify expenses
• Support audits with documentation; assist in financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of AP experience
• Experience with JAMIS or similar ERP preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Ability to process high-volume AP and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
