Job summary

Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Delray Beach team. This role focuses on day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoice entry, and ensuring timely payments while supporting cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, familiarity with Excel and common financial tools, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in our onsite Downtown Delray Beach office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Concur, Core and NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using internal systems.
• Process payments to vendors and landlords promptly.
• Set up new vendors and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update accounts.
• Support audit preparation and process improvement projects.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Functions

• Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems
• Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner
• Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records
• Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues
• Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details
• Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed
