The position requires strong attention to detail, basic Excel/Office skills, and a willingness to learn. Onsite role with opportunities for flexible scheduling and teamwork in a growing company.

Formación

• Associate degree or coursework in accounting/finance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Concur, Core and NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using internal systems.
• Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining records.
• Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues.
• Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details.
• Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed.

Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on experience and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Functions

• Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems

Education and Experience:
