• Manage accounts payable email correspondence, follow-up tasks, and related documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized accounting records.
• Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed in a small office environment.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor communication, statement reconciliation, and construction-related documentation. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to consider full-time hours for the right candidate.
• Location: Solana Beach, CA.
