Responsibilities

• Vendor & Invoice Management: Maintain relationships, resolve discrepancies, process and code invoices, ensure accurate system entry.
• Payment Processing: Manage AP aging, schedule payments, run checks, handle card expenses and leases.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare vendor entries, maintain files, ensure proper documentation.
• Tax & Payroll Deductions: Submit sales/use tax filings and garnishments.
• System & Process Improvement: Troubleshoot GE system issues and identify improvements.

MSD is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team by processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely, accurate payments. In this role, you'll handle everything from credit applications and expense reports to lease payments, tax submissions, and garnishments.
