CBH Homes in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Accounts Payable assistant to join our growing accounting team. This full-time role focuses on processing AP entries, vendor statements, and bank deposits, with opportunity to work with Fishbowl and other systems.

You will support monthly reconciliations, vendor onboarding, and back-office tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive benefits after an interim period and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Past accounting experience desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of vendor statements prior to payment runs
• Accurately process Accounts Payable entries and check runs
• Manage Accounts Receivable processing and prepare bank deposits
• Obtain required documentation to onboard and set up new vendors
• Enter and manage job data in Fishbowl
• Perform comprehensive monthly financial reconciliations
• Provide operational backup to the team as needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily
• Perform various clerical and operational tasks
