Job summary

CBH Homes is seeking an Accounts Payable assistant to support our accounting team in Meridian, Idaho. The role focuses on processing payables, reconciling vendor statements, and handling vendor onboarding documentation.

You will work with a fast-paced team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of vendor statements prior to payment runs.
• Accurately process Accounts Payable entries and check runs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable processing and prepare bank deposits.
• Obtain documentation to onboard and set up new vendors.
• Enter and manage job data in Fishbowl.
• Perform comprehensive monthly financial reconciliations.
• Provide backup to the team as needed.
