The position balances operations with people management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring strong internal controls. Starting salary is $74,000+ DOE with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• Experience supervising, leading, or managing employees.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, reconciliations, and payment operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily AP operations to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Monitor invoice workflows, coding, approvals, vendor account reconciliation, and payment readiness.
• Ensure procedures and internal controls are followed.
• Identify bottlenecks, aging invoices, discrepancies, and vendor issues.
• Coordinate with AP Operations to complete reconciliations and account cleanup.
• Maintain communication with facility leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new facilities into AP processes.
