Job summary

Unified Fire Authority is seeking a finance professional to supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations across divisions. The role emphasizes cross-boundary expertise and system administration for Caselle and Revver within the Finance team.

The successful candidate will manage purchasing card duties, ensure accurate invoicing and payments, and lead process improvements to strengthen internal controls. A related degree with supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; plus 3 years of supervisory experience.
Associate degree plus 6 years of related experience and at least 2 years supervisory experience.
Equivalent combination of related experience and education.

Responsibilities

Oversee AP/AR processes including PO, vendor/invoice handling, and payments; train staff on procedures.
Maintain Caselle vendor data; resolve payment issues with vendors and customers.
Prepare monthly disbursement lists for UFA Board.
Provide AP/AR reporting and analytics; support finance projects and internal controls.
