• 2–5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Experience in a financial-services organization preferred.
• Experience managing AP/AR through reconciliation and close.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, relevant experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Payable: receive, review, and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Verify approvals and proper GL coding before processing.
• Enter invoices and payable transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain AP aging reports and coordinate payment approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: prepare invoices, apply customer payments, and manage AR aging.
• Prepare reconciliations and support schedules; assist with month-end close.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and routine journal entries.
• Maintain auditable documentation and support auditor schedules.
