You will work with a team dedicated to accurate, timely processing of financial information and exceptional customer service.

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for AR/AP records.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding receivables/payables.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment and application of funds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor payments and customer funds per terms.
• Provide support for operations as needed.
• Complete required drug and background screenings and I-9 compliance.
