Job summary

Gill Automotive Group in Livermore, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist with at least 2 years of experience to support multiple dealership brands. You will manage invoice payments, reconcile AR, and prepare customer statements while working closely with management, vendors, and clients.

Ideal candidates exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, can follow strict deadlines, and will contribute to accurate journal entries and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years accounts payable/receivable experience.
• Ability to establish relationships with management, vendors, and clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet very specific deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Reconcile AR accounts and provide aging reports.
• Prepare monthly statements for customers.
• Enter invoices into the system and post for payment.
• Process year-end 1099s.
• Maintain vendor files and reconciliation schedules.
• Update and create Excel spreadsheets.
• Adhere to deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
