• Process vendor invoices and help ensure payments are completed on schedule.

The Job:

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join a growing accounting and finance team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who have taken accounting coursework and are looking to turn their classroom knowledge into hands‑on professional experience.

In this role, you’ll support both accounts payable and accounts receivable while gaining exposure to invoicing, payments, account reconciliation, financial records, and day-to-day accounting operations. Previous professional accounting experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and is excited to build a career in accounting or finance.

What You Will Be Doing As An Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist
