Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a business office or similar setting preferred.
• Comfortable working with various accounting systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, reimbursements, and incoming payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with general ledger entries, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
