Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and obtain proper approvals.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices.
• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain AR records and supporting docs.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers.
• Document collections and update statuses; escalate when needed.
