Job summary

North American Specialty Laminations, LLC in Osseo, Wisconsin, is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to support our administrative finance and accounting tasks, including data entry, processing payables and receivables, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

You will handle vendor inquiries, invoice coding, payment runs, customer invoicing, and cash reconciliation with opportunities to assist the Accounting Manager on special projects. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-year associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication across levels.
• Proficient with data entry; ERP (Epicor) and financial software proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work independently with high efficiency and strong organization.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding outgoing payments or invoice accuracy.
• Review, prepare, and process all incoming vendor invoices into Accounts Payable with proper coding.
• Complete Accounts Receivable duties including invoicing and posting customer payments.
• Process weekly payment runs accurately per company policy.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly.
• Prepare delinquency reports and customer payment profiles.
• Reconcile cash receipts and deposits.
• Assist Accounting Manager with special accounting projects.
• Maintain W9s, Sales Tax Exemption Certificates, and Certificates of Insurance.
• Back up office administrative duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
