Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, located in Theodore, AL, is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with knowledge of basic accounting principles to assist with processing both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.

The position requires solid general office skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must have solid general office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• 2 years’ experience with both Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable are required.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and operate office equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely accounting support.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry.
• Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries.
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinates with all levels of personnel to gather, analyze and summarize requested information.
• Work on additional projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
