Job summary

Qualifications

• AA/AS in Accounting or related field plus two years in GL, AP, or AR, or three years of combined accounting in GL, AP or AR.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Must pass a thorough criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable including vendor invoices, travel per diems, and check requests.
• Create payment vouchers, match to POs and receivers, and generate checks.
• Process accounts receivable transactions including invoicing, cash receipts, and account adjustments.
• Print invoices and statements.
