Job summary

F.D. Thomas, Inc. in Central Point, Oregon, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, cash applications, reconciliations, and reporting.

You will join a collaborative accounting team, work with Excel and accounting software, and help ensure accurate records, vendor and customer balance accuracy, and timely billing and collections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required but additional accounting coursework is preferred.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure proper job cost, phase, and GL coding.
• Generate customer invoices and apply cash receipts to accounts.
• Assist with collections, reconciliations, and daily cash management.
• Prepare reports and support data analysis using Excel and accounting software.
