Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Joliet, IL seeks an AP/AR Clerk to provide high-quality payable and receivable services for internal and external customers. The role supports facilities, vendors and customers on invoices, cash posting, and query resolution using multiple systems, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and a competitive hourly base pay with shift differential, along with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, additional education a plus.
• 2-5 years accounting experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be highly motivated and detail oriented.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing clients – weekly and monthly.
• Coding invoices in Ivalua.
• Coding expenses for the PNC Card.
• Assisting corporate accountants.
• Pulling data and updating Excel spreadsheets daily.
• Entering data into TOPEX.
• Assisting maintenance manager with Asset Essentials.
• Update company assets in Asset Essentials daily as needed, including status and costs.
