Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• Must have at least two (2) years of hands-on experience working in high volume accounting settings/shared spaces.
• Must be able to organize work and set priorities.
• Must have a basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and good communication skills internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Performs accounting and fiscal control functions specifically relating to accounts payable/accounts receivable.
• Records financial transactions, analyzes and reconciles accounting records, and prepares standard accounting reports.
• Determines sources of errors by researching accounting records.
• Reports errors to Supervisor.
• Maintains complete, accurate, and readily accessible files that conform to applicable policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
