Qualifications

• Advanced experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems in health care.
• Knowledge of basic office management and HIPAA privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of entries to the general ledger.
• Reconcile subledger accounts and aid audits.
• Prepare journal entries and balance subsidiary accounts.
• Collaborate with CEO and HR on financial reporting.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant financial processes.
• Support grant accounting and forecasting.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality.
